Better than the "Expos" (Oops, I meant Nationals)
Well Armando Galarraga sure has become a ray of sunshine in a season that is off to a dismal start (overall). I hope the Tigers keep him in Detroit and don't send him back down to Toledo. No one else can boast a 2 and 0 record on the pitching staff so far. I spent some time looking at the major league standings in the Sault Evening News tonight just to make sure the Tigers did not have the worst record in the majors and thankfully the Expos (Oh that's right - the new Washington Nationals are worse yet, so that is encouraging.
It was also nice to see Pudge Rodriquez actually live up to his reputaion some and actually get some hits. I was impressed. Go team! There is lots of season left to right the ship before it sinks, and since Cleveland the team is doing better for sure.

Yes there is a little snow left in the EUP
Yes there is just a little bit of snow left in my yard, but it will be gone by tommorrow or at least it looks that way. No I don’t deal cards. There are several casinos in the area, but we generally don’t go to them much.

No I didn`t mean poker dealer, I`m baseball card dealer. Almost the same. Stay away from the casinos! Let the tourists waste thier money there. If we get any tourists. Probably not many RV`s coming up here at $4 a gallon!!

No I don't get into Baseball Card Dealing
No, I don’t get into dealing with baseball cards. I guess you can understand that because of where I live I thought you were referring to Casinos. I know for a fact that tourism is off by a lot due to gas prices. We are RVer’s and our unit is staying pretty close to home this year. Gas here today for regular no lead was 376.9 at the neigborhood BP station, and if you are running diesel (which I am not) it was setting at 4.29.9. Yes it certainly has a negative impact on tourism. In Ontario it is even worse.
