"... in order to refine his repertoire, Zumaya will need to pitch more often. And that's why Leyland raised the possibility of Zumaya pitching in the team's instructional league, a program that usually includes players from the low minors.

'I know this sounds crazy, but if things don't change, I'm going to recommend that Zumaya go to the instructional league and pitch,' Leyland said. 'He needs to get his curveball back with consistency. I know that sounds crazy, but I think it's a legitimate point.'"
