We're turning it over to a couple of comments from tonight's GameThread because they summed up tonight's game nicely:
I think close games against good teams are really all we have left to hope for this season.

The difference...
One team had a closer. The other had Rodney.
The Tigers now need to go 15-9 over their remaining 24 games to finish with a .500 record.

Nothing worse than sitting all the way through a good game, only to watch Rodney blow it….I could have been back to the GR waaaaay earlier if it were a blow out!
