Lyon, Rodney Both Decline Arbitration
According to Newsday's Ken Davidoff, only three free agents accepted salary arbitration offered by their teams before last night's deadline. Brandon Lyon and Fernando Rodney were not among them, making them eligible to sign with any other team.
If Lyon and/or Rodney sign elsewhere, the Tigers receive compensatory draft picks between the first and second rounds of next year's amateur draft.
