Now Official: Bonderman to the 15-Day DL

PrintThe Detroit Tigers made it official this afternoon (as SabreRoseTiger found in today's official Game Notes from the team), placing pitcher Jeremy Bonderman on the 15-day disabled list and called up Ryan Perry from Triple-A to take his spot on the roster.
Bondo's DL assignment is retroactive to June 9, the day after he last pitched. The DL transaction also allows the Tigers to bring Perry back up before the normally required 10-day stint expires.
The team Game Notes also made the Don Kelly-for-Clete Thomas swap between Detroit and Toledo official. The Tigers purchased Kelly's contract from the Mud Hens.
