Game 67 Overflow Thread #2
Should we thank the two-hour rain delay? We should probably thank the rain delay. Or Guy Fieri, maybe.
The Tigers and Brewers will presumably finish this game tonight! Or maybe "this morning," by the time it's actually completed.
Tigers 8, Brewers 4 in the eighth inning! The field's still steaming after Joel Zumaya striking out Corey Hart on a 102 m.p.h fastball!

Seriously - why don't they just call it?

Just thought I would mention
Zach Miner has also been producing quite well recently. His ERA is now a lowered 4.12, and just 1 bad outing against Boston is his only bad appearance in June.
His problem? Comerica Park. His home ERA is almost 8.
His solution? Pitch great away from Detroit. 24.1 innings away he has only given up 5 earned runs all season. 1.208 WHIP away from home.
Throw in 2.1 scoreless tonight and his ERA drops more.
For $437,000, I think having Zach Miner on this team is a good thing. Maybe we should only play him on away games though.
Give credit where it is due Tiger fans.
lol… I would share
