One day sitting a Mud Hens game Marcus came up. I saw his initials were MT… The only word in the English language that ends in MT is “dreamt”…. I thought that if he was called up to the Tigers and became really good he could be call the “The Dream”…… Yea, it was a boring game if I recall

One of the best baseball books ever. Anyway — there’s a kid on the team who really wants a nickname. Tries all these affectations to get one. They end up calling him “Nickname”

for the Freedom Festival, only Canada Day is July 1 and Independence Day is July 4, so we have the fireworks in June : )
Ah
The only time we get fireworks around here are on the 4th of July and on the weekends after Mud Hens games.
