BYB Funhouse: Walk-Off Celebration!

Photo

More photos » by Duane Burleson - AP

It's a hot, sunny Saturday in southeastern Michigan, but if you're looking for a little more sunshine, a few more photos have popped up of Brandon Inge's walk-off homer and the ensuing celebration at home plate.  (Click on the image above and you can scroll through a gallery.)  With several hours before tonight's game, you've got plenty of time to soak it up.

And if you'd like, this can be an Open Thread for the afternoon, as well.  BYOBYB, people.

Well they're 2-1 when I've gone to see them this season.

Hopefully that does not even itself out tonight.

Don’t think I’ll be lugging around a camera this time though…no backstage passes today.

BYB responsibly

As for the fill in the caption: Ahhhhhhhhhhh-chew.

I root for the Tigers, Pistons, Red Wings and yes, the Lions.

Was reading through Royals Review...

made me kind of sad …I sort of feel sorry for them.

Adam Everett

Looks eerily similar to Bradley Cooper (a la “The Hangover”) in the above pic.

oh it just got worse!

came home from the gas station to find out my grill got stolen from my front yard last night! this is the SECOND time that’s happened in two years…god i hate drunks. more than likely it was a drunk who felt like taking it on their way back from a bar/party. my house is midway between most student housing and all the bars in town.

Damn. Mark Fidrych would have been 55 yesterday.

And he would have been the first one out of the dugout for that celebration.
