Game 117 Post-Gamer: Afterglow or Shame?

We won't have a chance to post a full recap until tonight, so if you want to talk about this afternoon's game, Marcus Thames's rough day, Josh Anderson's skills, or Brandon Lyon being unavailable to pitch in a tie ballgame because he was used in a blowout last night, let 'er rip.

Unfortunately, this is being written before the game has ended, so I don't know the final result. But we'll be back this evening.

i know i hit this twice in the game thread...

But this was an unbelievably poorly managed game. Why is guillen stealing third? Why wasn’t inge brought in for defense in a tie game? Ever hear of a bunt, skip? I know we hit a bunch of homers last night, but that doesn’t mean you just sit there and wait for more. Just freaking awful.
