How do you like them apples?  Or the steaks Brandon Inge and Ramon Santiago drove in?

I was bummed I didn’t get to see him healthy. It’s impossible to tell how good a player is in short bursts or when he isn’t healthy. :(

they are very professional

I think that from watching YES a lot that their teams aren’t bad at all. Michael Kay is quite good and usually has a lot of good things to say about the Tigers.

I dunno, I don't mind Sutcliffe.

Rogers Sportsnet here pipes-in the MLB International feed for the playoffs, instead of the Fox feed (I don’t know why — maybe they cost less or something — but it’s weird to see game-times in GMT). Fox’s graphics and “special features” and everything are so goddamn schmaltzy and sickeningly-sweet, it’s a relief to see a broadcast which cuts down on the glitz and focuses on the game for a change.
