Ben Sheets
I just read an article on SI.com that Ben Sheets recently threw a strong bullpen session. I understand the Tigers already have a surplus of arms that can fill out the rotation but in what scenario does the team try to sign Sheets?
I suggest biting the bullet, releasing Robertson and WIllis and working to sign Sheets. What type of money is Sheets expecting? The rotation could be very tough with Verlander, Porcello, Scherzer, Bonderman, Sheets, and possibly Coke.
Thoughts???

Well of course, the one thing the Tigers are short of . . .
, , , is an expensive, often injured starter trying to make a comeback. Four of them is not enough-we need five!
when you hyphenate the comment system take it as a strikethrough

Really?
If i had to say the tigers had any weaknesses, i would probably say it’s pitching….oh wait this isn’t 2003….we have possibly 5 guys (bondo, galaragga, willis, robertson, coke) competing for the 4th and 5th spots and thats not even counting guys like bonine and crosby who could be ready by the end of the year.
