Kevin Millwood pitching for the Orioles today, doesn’t make it through the first.
Tigers bat around in the first inning, getting seven hits and a BB.
Cletus homers to lead off the game, and later adds an RBI single in the same inning.
Singles from the tres amigos, Ordonez, Cabrera, and Guillen.
Avila with a sac fly.
Kelly with an RBI double.
Sizemore with an RBI single.
Pacman walks.
Damon makes two of the three outs in the inning.

Needs a regular spot in this batting order. I think we’ve seen enough from him in the minors and against the best in the AFL to say he is a legit bat. Hopefully we can let Damon walk next year and bring Casper into the fold (and maybe a Guillen/Strieby platoon?). I wish we had a space for Wells now… I’d be ok with letting A-Jax spend the year in AAA…
