MLM Recap: Ramirez, Wells both triple as Toledo beats Lehigh Valley

Ruddy Lugo gave up 3 runs in 5 innings on 6 hits and 2 walks, only striking out one batter. Casper Wells was 2-5 with a triple, Jeff Larish was 1-5 with a homer, Wilkin Ramirez was 1-5 with a triple, Brent Dlugach was 3-5 with a stolen base and Scott Sizemore was 2-5 with a double.

AA: New Hampshire 4, Erie 0

Brooks Brown took a hard luck loss- he gave up 2 runs in 7 innings on 5 hits (including a homer) with 5 strikeouts. Andy Dirks and Justin Henry were both 2-4.

A+: Lakeland DNP

The Florida State League All-Star game is tomorrow, and the Flying Tigers have 5 representatives: LHP Charlie Furbush, RHP Brayan Villareal, 1B Rawley Bishop, OF Kody Kaiser and SS Gustavo Nunez. Best of luck to the Flying Tigers!

Ramon Lebron got shelled- he went 0.2 innings and gave up 7 runs on 4 hits and 3 walks. That's right- every one of his baserunners scored. I'll be doing a profile on him anyways. Wade Gaynor was 1-4 with a homer, Jamie Johnson was 3-5 with a double and Billy Alvino was 2-4 with a double.
