I still get it on MLB.tv
So apparently this is the exact opposite of MLB’s usual broadcasting tendencies
Really?
Don’t you have to pay your cable subscriber?
I thought all spring training games were available on MLB.TV? No?

Not sure exactly how it works
but YES is the only network that has in-market games available on MTB.tv
that said, you are right all spring training games are available so my original post was useless and un-helpful :-)
has anyone upgraded to Firefox 4? Does it try to redirect to facebook when you open BYB?

I'm using FF4 and not having that problem.

Hey, I asked for the day off work
I have two classes on Thursday, but the last one ends at 11:15. Besides, that’ll give me the opportunity to parade my Justin Verlander jersey.

Sounds like a plan
I took off Thursday, even though I usually work nights on Thursday. I’ll need the time to bask in victory. I took off Saturday, as well, and am going to the game.

I asked for Sunday off because I figured I couldn't get away with asking off Thursday and the entire weekend and Sunday shifts are more boring (plus I like watching Scherzer better than watching Penny)
However, they didn’t schedule me for Saturday so I guess I’ll be watching all weekend.

I have taken 1/2 day and convinced half of my co-workers to join me at the bar!
"This is the Motor City. And this is what we do."
Good idea.
It’s my last day before spring break so i’ll be watching baseball for the next week. I won’t be here thursday, but i’ll be following it somehow.
My thoughts may be a little biased. Sorry.
I had food poisoning during an entire series against the Twins last year
That sucked

I bought it
I hook my laptop up to my TV and use my TV like a monitor. I just need to find a longer HDMI cable so I don’t have to sit 5 feet away from the screen.
How's the picture quality?

If my wireless connection is cooperating
It’s nearly HD quality on a 32" screen. I haven’t really done too much yet though, so we’ll see how it goes over the course of the season.
That sounds like a good idea.
I wouldn’t be able to afford the mlb.tv, so i’m gonna look for the stream on some web sites
My thoughts may be a little biased. Sorry.
I know it's hard to tell with spring training, but it seems like the offense has been slightly underwhelming

"This is the Motor City. And this is what we do."
Just To Correct The Record
Over the last five season Cabrera has averaged 159 games a season and Pujoils 154.
On top of that Cabrera has had this disease for more more than the last five seasons.
So there comment about Cabrera being a risky top selection in the fantasy draft was stupid.
Where did they get that picture of Phil Coke from?
It looks ancient, like they took one of his Yankees mugshots and Photoshopped a Tigers hat on him.
Doña of the fractured Venezuelan Mafia

i can't see the image but you'll notice how quickly the MLB mugshot gets updated after a trade
almost instantly
"This is the Motor City. And this is what we do."
Well, in this picture he was clean shaven, which is what made me think it was originally a Yankees mugshot
He’s had facial hair the entire time he’s been with the Tigers

Good since.
You think Villarreal might pitch today?
I’m hoping he does. For a guy that I’ve found so interesting, I still haven’t seen him pitch.

I Didn't Know This
Looking at Inge’s career situational stats he has been the most productive as a leadoff hitter.
He had quite a good half season leading off for Tram in 2005.
Twice, he’s had half a season with a .290 avg, first half 05 and second half 06.

smokes one up the middle. If I had to pick one player that is key to the Tigers’ success this year, I think Maggs is probably the guy. That’s counting Cabrera as a given stud.
