Analysis:
With Magglio Ordonez listed as day to day with a sore ankle, Leyland will send Casper Wells to get the start this afternoon against the Rangers. Most Tigers have never faced Rangers pitcher C.J. Wilson but I wanted to note that Brandon Inge is the only current Tiger to homer off of him. The offense has been lacking lately and with Will Rhymes and Alex Avila resting today, we'll hope bench players Casper Wells and Ramon Santiago can add a little spark.

If the Tigers were a car
It would have a bunch of replacement parts, be breaking down along side the road, and you just want to kick it….but you just can’t part with it because it’s a classic and you are in love with it and every once in a while it runs pretty good
Sorry, rambling through the disappointment of lousy offense and record.
If anything gives me hope is the starting pitching. It’s not been that bad…pitching in the end wins the division.

Yes the game thead follows the game preview. It was just mix up yesterday, it wasnt my fault, it was the Tigers organization :)
