2. Sandoval returning to form - Giants third baseman Pablo Sandoval is slowing getting his average up to .300. He is currently on an 11-game hitting streak and is hitting .310 in his last 10 games.

3. Bumgarner not to be ignored - After giving up 8 earned runs while only getting 1 out in his start against the Twins on June 21st, Giants starter Madison Bumgarner pitched an amazing performance against the Indians on Sunday . He went 7 innings, giving up 1 run on 6 hits and striking out 11. In his last 3 starts, Bumgarner is 2-1 with a 7.43 ERA.

On Deck:
Tigers travel to Los Angeles, or Anaheim, to take on the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim for a 3-game series. Then off to Kansas City for a 4-game series before the All-Star break.

The Giants scare me

Their pitching is amazing good, but thankfully we are avoiding Lincecum, Cain, and Sanchez. What a great lucky break that is for us. We have a good chance to win a few here.
