Fernando Rodney asked to be Traded
According to the LA Times, Rodney doesn't like his role with the Angels. Angels' Fernando Rodney frustrated with lack of playing time "I'm mad — I'm really mad," Rodney said Friday. "I told them if they're not going to use me, trade me. They say no, we need you for this year."

Fernando was good for us
Hes a good pitcher. Hope he goes somewhere where they do use him right.

Honestly
I’d take him back. He’d be a good 6-7th inning guy. Maybe.

I doubt he gets a new deal as a closer this winter
and that means a big pay cut.
I don't care what the Chinese say, 2011 is the Year of the Tiger!
Which is probably why he wanted to be traded
Looking to fall to a team that needed a closer so that he could fill that roll and try and maintain his pay check.
if he's angry about his playing time in LA
he’ll hate coming back to Detroit for middle-relief duty.
