Will we see a Boesch Bash on Mother's Day?
Well, this one is easy: The Tigers have never faced Athletics starter Jarrod Parker. Ryan Raburn is playing second base and batting last, as manager Jim Leyland continues trying to get him started. (And if you watched Ramon Santiago and Danny Worth play Saturday night, you see why I refuse to find this all that big of a flaw.)
On the mound for Detroit is the stopper, Justin Verlander. If Detroit doesn't win with him on the mound ... I'd avoid the BYB comments section, if I were you.
Not in the A's lineup: Brandon Inge.
