Hey Guys -

We are lifelong Tigers fans, but have lived in North Carolina for 16 years and have never had a chance to attend a game at Comerica Park. We will be in Detroit in mid-July when the Tigers are at home and want to attend a game - probably the July 18 night game vs. the Angels. I looked at the info on the BYB tickets link, which is very helpful. I need some advice about where to sit. Since this is a special occasion for us, I am willing to spend about $50 per ticket, and it looks like that would get us into the lower infield grandstand 25 or 30 rows above the home dugout, which seems like where we would want to be. But you guys tell me what you think. That may or may not be a good vantage point.

Also need advice about good spots nearby for pre-game food and libations.
