It certainly was time for Brandon Inge to end his time in the old English D this year and I don't begrudge how this move was handled. But I enjoy following former tigers players as they start on new teams.

Inge's performance with the A's has been rather odd. His avg is an unsurprising .212 (overall .186), but his OPS with the A's is a pretty good .763. He has 21 RBI in 17 games with the A's, but these have been accrued in bunches, bunches of bunches. He has so far had 5 games in which he plated 4 runners, and 4 of those games came in a 5 game stretch. His latest 4 RBI game was yesterday. Certainly continues his feast or famine ways.
