Sign Kyle Lohse?

This is less of a proposal than a question, but would it behoove the Tigers at all to sign Kyle Lohse?

His value has diminished significantly and his market seems to be pretty limited at this point. The team would lose it's first-rounder as compensation; but could they conceivably regain one in a package trade of Porcello+? Obviously, they'd want a major-league return in addition to said pick, is it possible that Porcello+ could even fetch that?

While the Tigers' 5th starter would get 10-years older it'd become occupied by someone who can eat innings and has better strike out and walk rates than Porcello, albeit slightly. It also keeps some depth in the starting rotation, which I know turn a lot of people, myself included, off of a Porcello trade with the current SP depth.

As I hit, 'Publish' I can imagine the amount of "no way"s this gets, but it's at least an interesting thought isn't it? Right?

...right?
