Toledo's offense finally came to life in a 12-2 drubbing of Rochester; Erie got back to its winning ways behind Saupold and Collins; Lakeland had to go to extra innings, but knocked off Clearwater; and Briceno was really good over 5 innings for West Michigan, until the 6th inning undid him and the team in a loss to BG.

AAA Toledo Mud Hens (10-25)

W, 12-2 vs. Rochester. Finally, the Mud Hens found their offensive stroke, pounding out 16 hits to beat up on Rochester. Alvarez was good on the mound again; and Castellanos, Russo, and Douglas each had at least 3 hits to pace the offensive onslaught.
