A+ Lakeland Flying Tigers (13-22)

L, 7-0 vs Palm Beach. Hudson Randall's 2nd High-A start was going much better than his first, as he had only allowed 2 runs through 6 innings. Then he unraveled a bit in the 7th inning, making his final line look less than desirable. The offense only managed 2 hits, so they didn't exactly support Randall's effort.

-RHP Hudson Randall: 6 1/3 IP, 7 H, 5 R, 4 ER, 2 BB, 3 K, L (0-2)

-RF Mike Hernandez: 1-3

-SS Brandon Loy: 1-3, 2B (4)

A West Michigan (15-19)

L, 6-2 vs. South Bend. Danry Vasquez hit his first HR of the season, but the offense could manage only 5 more hits in the loss. Devon Travis had his 20 game hitting streak snapped in this game, while Logan Ehlers was impressive out of the bullpen.

Venezuelan Summer League (VSL) Tigers (0-1)

L, 7-1 vs. VSL Mariners. I don't know nearly enough about these guys to do a preview or anything like that, and I won't pretend to. All I know is that you should keep an eye on guys like Anthony Castro, Victor Cortez, Adrian Alfaro, and Angel Vasquez.
