Retro GIF: Jim Leyland ejected against Blue Jays in 2011

Jim Leyland took his pantomiming a bit too far against the Toronto Blue Jays in 2011, getting ejected on a call at first base.

Looking back, 2011 was a very GIF-able season for the Tigers. Don Kelly got the ol' hotfoot in Minnesota and, less than a month earlier, Jim Leyland got ejected for arguing a call at first base against the Toronto Blue Jays.

The play: Andy Dirks tried to beat out a bunt at first base. He was initially called safe, but the umpires (correctly) changed their call.

The flip-flopping didn't sit too well with Jim Leyland, who quickly erupted into one of the best pantomimes we have seen in recent years.
