Indianapolis Indians 7, Toledo Mudhens 2 (box)
Daniel Norris was roughed up in a rehab start against Indianapolis, giving up five runs in the second inning. He only lasted four innings, and though he struck out six batters, he also walked three. Toledo had a quiet day at the plate save for Casey McGehee. His three hits raised his season batting average to .316, providing Detroit with a little depth if a certain backup infielder were put on waivers at some point. Wynton Bernard also reached base three times in the loss.
McGehee: 3-4, 2B
Bernard: 2-2, R, BB
Huffman: 1-3, 2B, RBI, BB
