It was a fantastic day for the affiliates, as every club won. The GCL Tigers had the day off, and Erie swept their doubleheader with Bowie. Corey Knebel continues to dominate for West Michigan, as the right-hander picked up his eighth professional save. Jordan Lennerton, Ben Guez, Eugenio Suarez, Tyler Collins, Lance Durham and Brett Harrison all homered for their respected squads.

Triple-A: Toledo Mud Hens (48-62)

W, 6-0 vs. Buffalo. The Mud Hens jumped out to a 2-0 first-inning lead and never looked back. Jordan Lennerton and Ben Guez both homered for Toledo, while Nick Castellanos drove in two runs. Darin Downs tossed a perfect seventh inning for Toledo – continuing his rehab assignment. J.A. Happ continued his rehab assignment for Toronto and took the loss. Happ, who was struck in the head by a line drive earlier in the season, allowed all six runs on eight hits over 4 2/3 innings. The southpaw also struck out four batters while walking three.
