Tonight's starting pitchers:
Jeremy Bonderman (14-8, 4.08) vs. Jeff Suppan (12-7, 4.12)
Never before have I been even remotely afraid of Jeff Suppan. He is no longer the pitcher for whom the Red Sox traded Freddy Sanchez. Suppan surrendered only one run in 15 innings in the NLCS and was deservedly named the series' MVP.
The Tigers have won both of Jeremy Bonderman's postseason starts this year. If his slider is working tonight, Bondo should be in good shape.
Jim Leyland has shuffled the Tigers' starting lineup for tonight's game. Here's hoping it works.
Granderson, CF
Monroe, LF
Guillen, SS
