5/19 Cincinnati Reds @ Detroit Tigers

The Tigers' victory yesterday not only gave them the sweep over the Twins, but it gave them the best record in baseball. That's right, the best record in baseball. THE BEST RECORD IN BASEBALL. Sorry, but I don't know if I'll ever have the chance to write that again.

The Tigers' attempt to extend their winning streak to eight will be tough. They welcome another surprise success, the Cincinnati Reds, to CoPa tonight.

Jeremy Bonderman (4-2, 3.74) gets the start for Detroit tonight. The Reds give the ball to Brandon Claussen (2-4, 4.96).

Tonight's game will be televised live on WB 20 and rebroadcast on FSN Detroit following Game 6 of the Pistons/Cavs series. Radio listeners will find the game on AM 1270, as usual.

First pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
