Danny Knobler reported on Mike Maroth in his latest blog entry:
Mike Maroth's elbow is bothering him again. It's bad enough that he almost didn't start today, and that his next start (scheduled for Tuesday against the Yankees) is in jeopardy. He'll see a doctor tomorrow, and they'll know more then.
Mike was roughed up pretty bad this afternoon, as the Royals jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the first inning. Lets hope that elbow doesn't cause a trip to the DL.
