7/14 Kansas City Royals @ Detroit Tigers

Last night's 6-4 victory over the Royals was the Tigers' 60th win this season. Another win tonight would make them just the ninth team in the past 30 years to win 61 of the first 90 games in a season.

Tonight's game will feature a pitching duel between two 2006 All-Stars. The Tigers' Kenny Rogers (11-3, 3.85) will face off against the Royals' Mark Redman (6-4, 5.27).

The game is scheduled to be televised on FSN Detroit and broadcast on AM 1270.

Two hours before game time it's raining pretty hard in metro Detroit. The forecast is calling for scattered strong storms tonight, but let's hope they're wrong.
