"Bro, don't run until I do my dance."

As much as I want to be disappointed about yesterday's loss to Baltimore, I can't get enough of Kevin Millar imitating Ray Lewis' step aerobics/electric slide/whatever-you'd-call-it dance during pre-game introductions. I've probably watched it six times now, and it still cracks me up.

Hell, I tried the dance when I stepped out of the shower this morning. And it was sweet, because I could slide my feet on the tile.

Apparently, some of the Orioles were talking about doing it while waiting to be introduced, and Millar decided he was the guy to do it after Corey Patterson got shy. After a quick tutorial by Patterson, Millar took a deep breath and showed his moves to the Camden Yards crowd.

"That was the most nervous I have ever been," said Millar. Not that you could tell, since that dance is all about the shaking.

Considering Millar hit a home run yesterday against the Tigers, maybe he should consider doing the dance before every game. Opposing pitchers wouldn't mind if he did it as he walked up to the plate, right?
