TV Alert: MLB Network's "30 Clubs in 30 Days" will spotlight the Tigers on Monday at 8:00 p.m. If you miss it or forget to record it, it will rerun frequently on Tuesday up until noon.

Placido Polanco broke out a new way of running to first base, apparently resembling the way Pudge Rodriguez made the sprint down the line. I don't suppose anyone's going to try and run like Sean Casey... ? (My buddy Rob said looked as if he was holding two milk jugs while running.)

Kyle Bloom's curveball is impressing Jim Leyland. His fastball has also been clocked at a high of 97 m.p.h.

Chad Cordero will once again be throwing for teams. The Rangers and Brewers will be watching. But is he still on the Tigers' radar at this point? Or are they happy with their current bullpen?

Speaking of Pudge, if you've been wondering where he'll end up, you can cross both the Houston Astros and New York Mets off the list. All roads appear to be leading toward a return to the Florida Marlins.

If you were the Kansas City Royals, would you release both Mark Teahen and John Buck to sign Orlando Hudson? Sam Melllinger addresses such speculation.
