This Week's Poll: Who's Your New Tiger?

With Gerald Laird swinging a hot bat, Josh Anderson providing some speed to a creaky lineup, and Edwin Jackson giving the starting rotation ace-like production, it seemed like a good time to ask which new Tiger has made the best first impression in this early part of the season?

(I believe this also came up in one of the recent GameThreads. I apologize for not remembering exactly which one. One of the candidates mentioned in that discussion was Brandon Inge's new batting stance. Very funny, but I don't think we'll include that.)

So who's your new Tiger? Or to word it another way:

Who's been the Tigers' best new addition?

I included Adam Everett among the choices, basically to even out the list. But hey, you could argue his defense (and surprisingly timely bat) has made a difference so far this season. Putting Brandon Lyon or Juan Rincon in the poll, however, seemed cruel and unnecessary.

Your comments on the subject are also welcome. You can find the poll on the right sidebar below the FanPosts block. Or you can vote here. And if you have suggestions for future poll questions, shoot me an e-mail.

How did last week's poll go?

Our first close poll! You might have a problem with me closing this one with a tie at the top, but I think it's kind of appropriate to end this way, as the top finishers are usually among the first films mentioned whenever anyone asks about baseball movies. (And really, maybe I should've kept the poll to about five or six choices.)

What is the best baseball movie ever made?
