It wasn't enough that Rick Porcello was ejected from a game in which he had a 3-0 lead and appeared to be on his way to an impressive performance vs. the Boston Red Sox. We did, of course, get to see him throw down Kevin Youkilis, which is something we'll surely be talking about for years.
From there, it all kind of went downhill, however. Chris Lambert was awful, and I honestly hope I wake up tomorrow morning to read that he's been sent back down to Toledo. Yes, he had to come into the game cold, taking over for Porcello. But he should ever be seen in a Tigers uniform again.
