Feliz beats out Jackson for rookie of the year

The results are in, and a second consecutive AL Rookie of the Year Award goes to a relief pitcher. Neftali Feliz had 20 first place votes and 128 points, while Austin Jackson finished second with eight first-place votes and 98 points.

Minnesota's Danny Valencia finished third with 12 points, just ahead of Tampa Bay's Wade Davis.

Of course we've already shared our opinions on this earlier today, so nothing to say really. Looks like the Rangers are going to be this year's award darlings, with a good chance for Ron Washington to be the top manager and a near-lock for Josh Hamilton to be the MVP.
