Javier Vazuez brings up a good point. Who farted? Or maybe he's wondering why he's struggling so much in New York. Either way.
I almost hate to bring this up, but before you blame me for any possible jinxes just know that I am passing the blame on to the Tigers media notes: Detroit has won six consecutive games at home. They also note: Over his last nine starts at Comerica Park, Porcello is 6-0 with a 3.25 ERA.
Needless to say, on paper the Tigers stand a pretty good chance at coming away with a win today.
Will Rick Porcello's BABIP luck finally take a turn for the better? Will he keep the ball down in the zone so the mighty Yankees don't tar it?
Let's see what the baseball decides tonight .
