The Tigers announced some of their 2010 winter ball assignments today.
If you're looking to combine a trip to Puerto Rico or Venezuela and watch a little baseball when you're there, some major leaguers and minor league prospects alike will be working on their skills while the MLB takes a long winter's nap.
Tigers Robbie Weinhardt and Casper Wells are both slated for the Senadores into the Puerto Rican league. In the Dominican Republic, Ramon Santiago will be with the Gigantes and Alfredi Figaro with the Estrellas. As for prospects, you can find Gustavo Nunez and Audy Ciriaco with the Dominican's Escogito.
