Minor League Recap: Scott Sizemore goes 2-4 with a double

AAA: Indianapolis 4, Toledo 2

Thad Weber went seven innings, giving up three earned runs and striking out four while giving up a homer and a walk. Fu Ti Ni struck out four over two innings, allowing an unearned run. Scott Sizemore was 2-4 with a double. Andy Dirks was 2-3 with a walk and a stolen base.

A+: Daytona 5, Lakeland 2

Jared Wesson got lit up for five runs over 4.1 innings.He walked two, struck out two and gave up a home run. Not one of the Flying Tigers got an extra base hit. Jordan Lennarton, Brent Wyatt and Corey Jones were the only players to get two hits.

A: West Michigan 5, Fort Wayne 2 (Game 1)

Antonio Cruz went five innings, giving up two earned runs while striking out five and walking one. James Robbins was 2-3 with a home run and a strikeout. Fun fact: Robbins is also striking out in over 40% of his plate appearances.

West Michigan 5, Fort Wayne 1 (Game 2)

Richard Zumaya took the start for the bullpen. He went 2.2 innings and walked two while striking out one. Edwin Gomez was 1-3 with a double and Nick Castellanos was 1-2 with a walk.
