Detroit Tigers Links: Tigers scouting Ryu Hyun-jin & sign Shawn Hill to minor league contract

The Tigers signed right-hander Shawn Hill to a minor league contract and are scouting Korean left-hander Ryu Hyun-jin, and Josh Hamilton will only get a three-year deal from the Rangers. These stories and more in today's Morning Prowl.
