Tigers at White Sox, lineups, Monday, May 14

Looks like Alex Avila drew an off day for the Tigers, but have no fear. Gerald Laird has hit White Sox starter John Danks pretty well during the 10 meetings so far. Laird has a 1.167 OPS. Prince Fielder has never faced Danks.

As far as splits go, Danks seems to be pretty equal against both left- and right-handed batters. However, he's struggled a bit at home this season.

Maybe Fielder can flex a little muscle for a long ball -- but we'll take just getting out of his slump, too.
