L, 4-2 vs. Indianapolis. Consensus top 10 prospect Gerrit Cole shut down Toledo, while Casey Crosby again started strong but unraveled in the 5th inning. Toledo managed 8 hits, but could only scratch across 2 runs.

-LHP Casey Crosby: 5 2/3 IP, 4 H, 3 R, 3 ER, 4 BB, 3 K, L. He's now 0-3 with a 7.11 ERA on the season as he makes more and more of a case to be moved to the bullpen.

-CF Quintin Berry: 2-4, 2B (4), R, BB, SB (6)

-C Bryan Holaday: 1-4, RBI

AA Erie SeaWolves (5-6)

W, 9-6 vs. Bowie. Erie jumped on Kevin Gausman early, scoring 5 runs in the first 2 innings. They needed extra innings to secure the victory, but the 17 hit attack lead by Daniel Fields and James McCann proved to be enough.

-RHP Tyler Stohr: 2/3 IP, H, R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 2 K. Still has not given up an earned run in 2013, while racking up lots of strikeouts out of the bullpen.

A West Michigan Whitecaps (5-6)

L, 4-0 vs. Lansing. The Whitecaps only managed 3 hits on the day, and just couldn't manage to get anything going offensively. Endrys Briceno was OK in his start, and the bullpen was outstanding, but the lack of offense was troublesome.

-RHP Endrys Briceno: 4 IP, 4 H, 4 R, 3 ER, BB, 2 K, L (0-1)

-RHP Brennan Smith: 3 IP, 0 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 3 K
