Minor League Recaps: 4/27/13

In Saturday's action, Toledo couldn't muster any offense in a close loss; Kyle Lobstein out-dueled Jamison Taillon in an Erie win; Charles Gillies picked up his first full-season win for Lakeland; and Austin Schotts busted out of his slump in a West Michigan loss.

L, 2-1 vs. Norfolk. The Mud Hens were stymied by former Tiger Jair Jurrjens (and Daniel Schlereth, albeit for 1/3 of an inning), and only managed six hits all day with three of them coming from Brandon Douglas.

He went three solid innings before giving way to Charles Gillies, fresh up from extended spring training, who pitched three more solid innings en route to his first full-season ball win.
