In Sunday's action, Toledo was defeated by former Tiger Freddy Garcia; Erie only managed five hits and one run in a loss to Altoona; Lakeland strung together 14 hits and 11 runs to beat Charlotte; and West Michigan's bullpen shut the door to help defeat Beloit.

L, 4-3 vs. Norfolk. Former Tiger Freddy Garcia moved to 4-0 on the season, as he only allowed two runs across eight innings. The Mud Hens got homers from Dorn and Lindsey, but it wasn't enough.
