Torii Hunter has been much more than a great #2 hitter and right fielder for the Tigers so far. He has provided leadership, guidance, and emphasized playing the game "the right way." Today, he alertly stole second base when the Houston Astros' defense ignored him immediately after a single in the second inning.
Of course, the steal didn't matter, because Miguel Cabrera hit a massive home run to left field on the very next pitch, but it was still a nice play.
