Victor Martinez's no-look toss at 1B named play of the half by MLB Network

You wouldn't expect a team with the defense of the Tigers to have the best defensive play of the first half. But when Victor Martinez knocked down a liner at first, scampered after it and tossed it behind his back without even looking to get the out, you had all the makings for a memorable play.
