We're that much closer to baseball, as the Detroit Tigers announced dates, times and destinations for their annual trek around the Detroit metro area, Toledo, Windsor and west side of the state.
Confirmed to be on the trip are General Manager David Dombrowski, Vice President and Assistant General Manager Al Avila, new manager Brad Ausmus and of course, Paws. Various coaches, players and broadcasters will also take part in the team's traditional winter visit with their fans.
Between, the Metro bus and and West bus, team will appear at over 20 locations. Of those, 12 are new to the caravan, including Hamtramck and Battle Creek.

Metro Bus
Thursday, January 23
1:05-2:05 p.m: DMC Children’s Hospital of Michigan - 3901 Beaubien Street, Detroit
· Tigers players will visit select patient rooms and leave each patient with a gift
· Tigers mascot PAWS will also be in attendance
1:15-2:15 p.m: U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan - Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse, 231 West Lafayette Blvd., Detroit
· Tigers players will participate in a rally with courthouse employees
· Players will take part in a meet and greet with United States District Judges in Chief Judge Rosen’s chambers prior to the rally
1:45-2:30 p.m: AAA Employee Safe Driving Rally - One Auto Club Drive, Dearborn
· Two Tigers players will participate in a AAA Safe Driving Rally with AAA Employees
· Players will take a ride in a AAA driving simulator
1:45-3:30 p.m: Focus: HOPE - 1200 Oakman Blvd., 1200B Oakman Blvd., 1300 Oakman Blvd., Detroit
· Tigers players will participate in a rally with Focus: HOPE employees and community partners, with doors opening at 1:45 p.m.
· Players will tour the Machinist Training Institute and the Food Center (Tours begin at 2:30 p.m.)
· Tigers mascot PAWS will also be in attendance
2:50-3:35 p.m: Fox Sports Detroit 26555 Evergreen Road Suite 90, Southfield
· Tigers players and coaches will participate in a meet and greet reception with Fox Sports Detroit sponsors and clients
5:00-6:00 p.m: Detroit Tigers Kids Rally - Ford Community and Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn
· Tigers players will participate in an interactive rally for young fans kicking off the Tigers’ 2014 Strikeout Bullying campaign
· All participants will receive a Strikeout Bullying wristband
· Players will take part in a private meet and greet with Dreams Come True Guests, select members of the Detroit Tigers Kids Club and Radio Disney contest winners
· Interactive, energetic event for kids with raffle prizes
· Tigers’ mascot PAWS will also be in attendance

4:00-6:00 p.m: Hockeytown Authentics - 1845 East Big Beaver Road, Troy
· Fans have the opportunity to take a photo with two Tigers players in exchange for a donation of canned food to benefit the American Red Cross Southeastern Michigan
· A minimum of a 6 can donation is required for a wristband to take one photo with the Tigers players. (Maximum of 150 wristbands will be distributed for a guaranteed opportunity for a photo. Wristband distribution will begin at 4 p.m.)

11:00-11:45 a.m: National Coney Island - 30140 Van Dyke Avenue, Warren
· Two Tigers players will serve as celebrity waiters for customers at National Coney Island
· Tigers mascot PAWS will also be in attendance

10:30-11:20 a.m: Canada Border Services Agency - Windsor Tunnel, ON
· Tigers players will receive an orientation of the Canada Border Services Agency operations and participate in a rally with Canadian Border Services Agency officers
10:15-11:40 a.m: General Motors Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly - Comerica Park, 2100 Woodward Avenue, Detroit / GM Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly 2500 East Grand Boulevard, Detroit
· Photo opportunity with Tigers players and Cadillac ELR vehicles
· A three Cadillac ELR caravan will lead the bus to the plant from Comerica Park
· Tigers players will receive a tour of the plant and also participate in a rally with assembly line workers
12:30-1:30 p.m: Comerica Bank - 3701 Hamlin Road, Auburn Hills
· Players will participate in a rally with Comerica Bank employees
2:15-2:35 p.m: Hamtramck Fire Department - 2625 Caniff, Hamtramck
· Tigers players will present a jersey to recognize the 100th anniversary of the Hamtramck Fire Department and take a photo with Hamtramck firefighters
2:15-2:55 p.m: Drug Enforcement Administration - 431 Howard Street, Detroit
· Tigers players will learn about the DEA’s responsibilities and participate in a rally with local law enforcement agents
· Players will present a jersey to local law enforcement agents

3:00-4:00 p.m: North American International Auto Show - One Washington Boulevard, Detroit
· Tigers players will participate in a private meet and greet with select executives from the Auto Show and General Motors
· Players will participate in the daily Auto Show parade
· Players will take part in a roundtable question and answer session in the Chevrolet display area

3:15-3:45 p.m: Michigan United/Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce/Southwest Solutions/555 Gallery - 2801 W. Vernor Hwy., Detroit
· An art gallery located in a diverse and culturally active neighborhood, formerly a Detroit Police Department precinct, showcases the artwork inspired by the Southwest Detroit Community
· Tigers players will tour the facility followed by a short question and answer session

· Special Guest: Erin Cummings, Actress, Mittens for Detroit
· Mitten collection at the door to benefit Mittens for Detroit
· Tigers players will meet and greet with Veterans prior to the start of the banquet
