BYB Fantasy Baseball 2014: better late than never, right?

The long awaited day is here: BYB's fantasy baseball leagues are back!

David Manning-USA TODAY Sports

Apologies for the delay -- usually Yahoo gives us a specific layout we're supposed to use -- but the official call for interest in BYB fantasy baseball is here! We are renewing the three leagues that the site ran last year, and there is always potential for growth.

Patrick is the commissioner of the quote-unquote "Official Bless You Boys League," which was dominated from start to finish by Railsplitter (owner unknown) last season. Patrick's Tigerdogs finished in second, while I may or may not have finished dead last. I blame Matt Harvey's elbow. In the Cabrera League (head-to-head format), the star-studded cast of Carlos Danger (owner unknown) beat an overmatched Toledo Tiger team for the league title. The Verlander League (rotisserie format) was absolutely dominated by Jeff Roberts' A Coke and a Smyly juggernaut. A team that featured Andrew McCutchen, Paul Goldschmidt, Max Scherzer, and James Shields was borderline unfair, and it will be no small task to take down the champ in 2014.

If you are interested in participating, please let us know (along with your preferred format) in the comments.

IMPORTANT: If you are already in one of the leagues, please refrain from commenting. With time being a serious hindrance at this point -- drafts will have to take place sometime this weekend -- we need to expedite this process as much as possible.
