They may not have locked down a post season spot yet, but Detroit Tigers playoff tickets will go on sale next week.

The team announced today individual game tickets for any potential 2014 Wild Card and American League Division Series home games will go on sale next Wednesday, September 17, at 12:00 PM.

Tickets will only be available via Tigers.com, with a limit of 12 tickets per customer, per game. Tickets will not be available at the Comerica Park ticket office or via phone.

The only way to guarantee an opportunity to purchase tickets for all post season games, up to and including the World Series, is to place a deposit on 2015 Tigers full season tickets.

All playoff ticket information can be found at Tigers.com/postseason.

The 2014 MLB Playoffs are tentatively scheduled begin with the two Wild Card games on Tuesday, September 30. The divisional round will fire up the next day, October 1. Game One of the World Series is currently set for Wednesday, October 22. If the regular season ends with the need of a tie-breaking game (or games) needed, the playoff schedule will be altered accordingly.
