During his eight seasons as manager of the Detroit Tigers, Jim Leyland saw his team use 38 different starting pitchers. Some were good, some were bad and some you probably forgot about three years ago. None of them gave up five home runs in less than two innings of work.
Only one guy started a game in each of Leyland's eight seasons. You shouldn't have too much trouble figuring out who that is. But as for those guys who only got a handful of spot starts back when Brandon Inge was still on the team, well... you may need to rack your brain a little bit. Or maybe a lot. Why don't you give it a try and then let us know how you did in the comments?
