Detroit Tigers links: Repairs made to Comerica Park after concrete falls off stadium

Even the stadium is falling apart this season...

Tim Fuller-USA TODAY Sports

After Sunday's game, a chunk of concrete fell on the 100-level concourse at Comerica Park. Even though there were still fans in the area, luckily no one was reported injured. A repair was made to one of the steps leading up to the upper deck on Monday while the Tigers were on the road in Cincinnati, according to a statement made by Ron Colangelo, vice president of communications. The statement also included that "a thorough inspection deemed all areas to be structurally sound and secure."
